How does 3D printing work?

Our print process is simple and transparent. From your file to a finished product in a few steps.

The print process step by step

1. Upload your file

  • Submit your STL, 3MF, STEP or OBJ file via the quote form
  • Specify the desired material, colour and quantity
  • No file yet? Our 3D design service can create it for you

2. Check and quote

  • We check your file for printability (wall thickness, overhangs, …)
  • You receive a tailored price proposal quickly
  • If in doubt, we will contact you to discuss

3. Preparation

  • The model is sliced with the correct settings
  • Print parameters are adjusted for the chosen material
  • Supports and adhesion are added where needed

4. Printing

  • Your object is printed on our professional FDM printers
  • We monitor quality during the print process
  • If deviations occur the print is restarted

5. Post-processing

  • Supports are removed
  • The object is checked for quality
  • Optional finishing (sanding, gluing) if required

6. Delivery
