3D Printing Capabilities

Our printers use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling): the model is built up layer by layer from melted filament. We have multiple professional printers with different characteristics, so we can choose the right one for each project.

Maximum dimensions

  • Small objects: up to 180 Γ— 180 Γ— 180 mm
  • Medium objects: up to 256 Γ— 256 Γ— 256 mm
  • Large objects: up to 340 Γ— 320 Γ— 340 mm

Objects larger than this can be printed in multiple parts and joined together.

Accuracy and layer height

Layer height: 0.05 to 0.35 mm depending on the desired detail and print speed.

  • Fine layer height (0.05–0.12 mm): maximum detail, longer print time
  • Standard (0.15–0.20 mm): good balance between detail and speed
  • Coarse (0.25–0.35 mm): fast and strong, less visible detail

Multi-colour printing

We can print with multiple colours in a single print β€” ideal for logos, name plates or decorative objects. Up to 4 colours are possible in a single print.

Materials

Our printer fleet includes both open-frame and enclosed printers with a heated chamber. This allows us to work with:

  • Standard materials: PLA, PETG, TPU (flexible)
  • Engineering materials: ABS, ASA, PC (polycarbonate), PA (nylon)
  • Composites: carbon fibre and glass fibre reinforced variants

See our materials page for a full overview with properties and applications.

Possible modifications to your model

Have an existing model but want changes? No problem:

  • Scale up or down
  • Colour splitting (e.g. bottom red, top white)
  • Trimming or merging parts
  • Adding text or a logo

Mention your requirements in the quote form. No model yet? Our design service can create it for you.

Colours

We stock a wide range of colours including transparent. Don’t see your colour? We’ll order the filament specially for you.
